Faculty Members to Attend Summer Seminars

Annemarie Gray has been selected to participate in Lincoln and Emancipation at Columbia University, in New York, from July 15 to 21, 2012. Selection for this seminar was very competitive. This experience will deepen her knowledge of American history and offer new ideas to bring back to our students. Catherine Walden will particpate in the National Endowment for the Humanities Summer Institute at the Birmingham Museum of Art, in Birmingham. Acceptance into programs like these make our faculty unique, and enrich the educational experience of our students. Congratulations!
