Damian K. Lahey is an alumnus of Douglas Anderson School of the Arts and The University of North Carolina School of the Arts Film school. He holds a BFA in film production and an MFA in screenwriting.

Over the past 20 years he has developed projects with the likes of David Gordon Green (Pineapple Express, Halloween), Lucas Foster (Man on Fire, Morbius, Mr. & Mrs. Smith), Craig Zobel (Mare of Easttown, Compliance), Sean Ellis (Metro Manilla, Anthropoid, The Cursed), David Prybil (Dancer Texas pop. 40, Saved!), Onur Tukel (Catfight, The Misogynists), Daniel Kraus (The Shape of Water, Zebulon Finch, Tales from the Crypt), Jane Spencer (Little Noises, The Ninth Cloud) and Michael Tully (Ping-Pong Summer, Don’t Leave Home). His latest feature film in development is co-written by Shawn Harwell (The Campaign, Eastbound and Down, Red Oaks). Damian recently returned from Tunisia where he was producing a documentary project with some of the folks responsible for Netflix’s hit Night Stalker series.

Damian’s film projects have won more than 20 awards at over 90 film festivals including SXSW, Slamdance, Raindance, International Film Festival Rotterdam, Dances With Films, Cinequest, Cucalorus, Indie Memphis, RiverRun International Film Festival, Austin Film Festival, Sci-Fi London, CORK Film Festival, Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival etc.
