Two More Students Recognized by YoungArts!

Riley Gamble, an Alabama School of Fine Arts (ASFA) senior in the visual arts department was awarded an Honorable Mention by YoungArts. Gamble was recognized in the Visual Arts category. He is one of only nine students nationwide to be awarded a visual arts honorable mention and the only student in Alabama.

Kaci Bell an ASFA senior in the music department was recognized by YoungArts in the Voice/Singer-Songwriter category. She is the only student in Alabama to be recognized with a Voice Merit Award.

YoungArts is the most prestigious arts competition for 10th-12th graders in the United States. YoungArts identifies and nurtures the most accomplished young artists in the visual, literary, design and performing arts and assists them at critical junctures in their educational and professional development.
