Junior Emma Noble competed in the National American Legion Oratorical Contest April 22-24, 2022 in Indianapolis. As part of the competition, she gave a 10 minute prepared oration titled "The Power of the Executive Order: Because I Said So!" and a shorter speech on one of four assigned constitutional amendments. 

As the first place winner, she was awarded a $25,000 scholarship. You can watch Emma's speeches here.
