Congratulations to the following ASFA Math-Science students who spent the end of their Spring Break presenting their research projects at the Alabama Science and Engineering Fair (ASEF) held at Auburn University Saturday, April 1^st – Arsalan Ahmad, Ashu Anand, Aanchal Behara, Monisha Bommu, Sahana Donti, Sophia Guo, Joscelyn Peterson, Nicole Sazonov, Steven Tran, Martin Vizzina, David Wang, and Daniel Zhao. They all did a fantastic job of discussing and defending their research for hours to a rotating panel of judges. Major kudos to all these students for their exemplary effort!

Joscelyn Peterson won the Provost Award as well as $200 and will join Daniel Zhao as a Finalist at the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) in Dallas, Texas May 14-19! 

Category placements were awarded $150 for first place, $100 for second place, and certificates for first, second and third:
